In my business communication class, we had to construct a message packet consisting of memos and letters. We were operations managers for a company that sells microprocessors and had to notify customers of a mix up during shipment. We had to resolve the problem as well as notify the regional manager. Lastly, we had to implement a new policy in order to avoid future mistakes and make an announcement to peers about the change.
